The very striking design on the envelope features two well-known bridges in Bristol – the Clifton Suspension Bridge designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel (who’s 200th anniversary we are celebrating this year), and Pero’s bridge.

Also featured are St. Mary Redcliffe Church, Concorde, the award-winning visitor attraction @Bristol and John Cabot’s ship the Matthew, which sailed from Bristol to Newfoundland in 1497. Bringing the images to life are other silhouettes of hot air balloons flying ‘around’ the envelope and near the Suspension Bridge.
Bridgit or “The Bristol Balloon” as she is generally known, can be seen flying around the Bristol and Bath area. Every year she takes part in the Bristol and Tavistock Balloon fiestas.
Over the past few years we have flown many celebrities such as The Lord Mayor of Bristol and other civic dignitaries, Tony Robinson, Jane Seymour (who has a home near Bath), the late Leslie Crowther,
Dr Alice Roberts and Andy Robinson (former England rugby manager).
