
In 1992 Ridgemill was one of the first Business Equipment Companies to be awarded BS5750 which went on to become British Standard ISO9002.
Since 1990, Ridgemill have specialised in photocopier service and repair on Canon/Selex photocopiers and fax machines.
Several years ago there were the signs of big changes in the photocopier world. Everything was moving towards IT connectivity and digital copy printers. It was a case of embracing the new technology, re-train our engineers and employ specialists in the field of IT or lose our position in the marketplace.

After researching all the digital products we decided to take a RICOH dealership. We then embarked on an ongoing re-training program to ensure that all service and repair is done to the highest possible standards. Investment in highly trained people and advanced technology means you continue to benefit from our unrivalled experience at the forefront of our industry.
Working closely with Ricoh the manufacturer, all Ridgemill technicians undergo rigorous training and regular assessment by the equipment manufacturers to ensure the highest possible standard of service to you, the customer. Our technicians will only work on equipment that they have been previously trained on.

Ridgemill carries large stocks of parts and consumable items, as do our technicians on their service vehicles. This, coupled with an average response time of four hours, will ensure that any possible down time is reduced to a minimum.
All incoming service calls are handled via a dedicated works controller and logged on our computerised service system where they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
A large investment is made in our sales team to ensure they keep up with current technology both within Ricoh UK and in the IT market allowing us to give you the best possible solutions to your printing needs.
