Originally owned by The Daviston Merlin Group, Ridgemill Business
Systems was one of the first Business Equipment Companies to be
awarded BS5750 – the quality standard which went on to become
ISO 9002.

The photocopier experts

Since 1990 the company has focused on colour photocopier, and
black and white photocopier, service and repair. After selecting
RICOH on quality grounds we instituted a rolling engineer training
program. Our technicians know the equipment they work on inside
out, carrying huge stocks of parts and consumable items on our
fleet of service vehicles.

All incoming service calls are logged on our computerised service
system and dealt with promptly and efficiently – while our sales
staff give you the best possible solutions for your printing needs.
